Being that it doesn’t look like we will be able to have a community potluck or any indoor event for this Christmas, I thought we could still all work together to have something for our community, especially our children. So I created a Facebook group so we could start exchanging ideas and plans.
Our December Roadrunner is scheduled for Friday, December 18th. I was thinking that since we will already have the tents and everything set up, maybe we could do some sort of drive through event after Roadrunner is over. We can decorate it up a bit, have Santa Claus, and pass out stockings for the kids as they drive through.
I want to hear everyone else’s thoughts and ideas also. Please send me an email, comment or post in our FB Group, so we can come up with some plans and start getting what we need lined up.
